I guess it's levels of tolerance, I never really had problems with XP, Vista, or 7. What get's me is the inability for people to adapt and use the tools in front of them.

@boobahdaddy: because simply put people are infinitely stupid, and the dangers of "armchair" technicians armed with google and their own overestimated ability would lead to the downfall of personal computing as we know it.

@JRod37: because open office has zero attraction beyond the most basic programs, MS Office Labs has some amazing stuff going on.
