Even family member’s dying won’t change some people’s minds. A cousin of mine had her husband die and one of her daughters on a ventilator and she still refuses to wear a mask and get vaccinated. Some people are just fucking stupid.
Around here getting it or having a loved one die from it doesn’t change shit most of the time. Like someone’s mom died from it and family still doesn’t wear masks or taken any vaccines. That is common around here, nothing changes the tune, even fuhrer Trump gets booed here mentioning the vaccine.

Muppets and Sesame were so much better back then. Sesame for instance, talked to the children. Unlike Elmo’s Sesame that talks DOWN to children... trying to simplify because they think that’s better for kids. Muppets, losts it’s heart with the Disney Purchase.. then they support only the bare minimum.
Agreed. It fills the relentlessly positive void left by Parks & Rec. It is basically “What if Ned Flanders was a soccer coach?” but its heart is in the right place.
It’s such a surprisingly good show. I was wrecked after my second covid shot and couldn’t find anything to watch while laying on the couch and fired it up and... super surprised! I don’t care about sports shows, soccer isn’t even on my radar, but I figured I’d dip my toe in and was heavily rewarded.
