Can someone explain why you have to register to vote, why it’s not an automatic thing?

So there’ll be a VONC and then a general election?  No?  Thought so.

The 150,000 figure seems to be just the British count, the real figure is somewhere around 600,000.

It was a main news story for much of last week, so even the most casual observer wouldn’t say it was abrupt.

Must be an American usage - I’m used to tallow being beef, lard being pork, and mutton being, well mutton fat.

Would the same be true for houses/neighbourhoods which aren’t suitable for children?

Tallow is beef fat, so there’s no such thing as beef tallow
