Pfft, what about a spaceship powered by bad news… Now that travels fast!!!

I would definitely recommend Grave of the Fireflies - fantastic film - great moral message that kids should just shut up and do what they're told!

Terrific movie … and not only is it the basis for all of the rom-coms but also Clark Gable's carrot munching character was a model for Bugs Bunny … or was it the other way around? I don't know … I love it!

Pfft, Game of Throne's Littlefinger??? What about Queer as Folk's Stuart Alan Jones??? What a dreamboat he was …

Star Trek's Bruce Greenwood??? Come on … Greenwood is definitely best-recognized from the 1986 classic, The (Malibu) Bikini Shop …

Considering that the film is set in 12th (13th?) century where the spoken language/dialect would have sounded absolutely nothing like what we consider to be an 'English accent' why the harping on Kevin Costner's lack of accent?
I still have fond memories of this film but it's been 10+ years so I don't think I'll be

I think Dr. Fünke's 100% Natural Good-Time Family-Band Solution is a category 7 band

For category 11, my favourite would have to be The Beards … first time we saw them I was moderately amused when the first song was about beards, more surprised for the second, third, positively shocked by the fourth … they're onto 4 albums or something now … https://www.youtube.com/wat…

Great news … Dirk Gently was one of my favourites and the TV series was abysmal … why did he need to have a sidekick?

He was famous once, sorta, kinda … not anymore …

I think ben foster looks a lot more like Floyd Landis.

Absolutely … less Pam Hobbs, more John Mark Byers! I loved that guy …

Sequel sounds awful, especially in light of the lost ending where Potter gets his comeuppance. One of my favourite sketches ever http://www.ebaumsworld.com/…

I watched The Postman at 1am one night when I was really depressed and absolutely loved it athough I was very annoyed by the timeline (the whole thing happened in 9 months or something? … similar complaint with Breaking Bad's timeline).
I always defended this film as a maligned classic … then I saw it again 5 years

Sometimes good men break the law, sometimes law men break the rules.
I loved this movie when it came out..

Back to the Sheens … Martin and Charlie. One of my absolutely favourite scenes in an otherwise very lackluster movie is the Apocalypse Now narration when Charlie floats past Willard. They stop talking, look at each other and as recognition finally dawns they both shout, 'Loved you on Wall St!' … makes me giggle every

That is excellent, America … They are one of my favourite bands. I remember seeing them for the first time when they were supporting someone else and thinking … oh, ha ha, they're called The Beards and this song is about beards! Then so was the next one, and the next one, and the next one … Three albums later and they

Saw this at Sydney Film Festival and was very pleasantly surprised. It contains a very subtle critique of Saudi society but what is amazing is that it was authorised by Ministry of Culture, indicating that there is real change going on in that country.  Director's talk afterwards very interesting - she had to direct

What? No Darkest Timeline?  I can't believe I *didn't* get a Community notification for this …

I think its definitely worth reading. The one thing I though that would have made it better was 'MORE LINDY HOPPING!!!'
