Yeah, I feel like the last episode was all about growth, and moving on, and then they just completely reset the clock at hte very end. Why?

It seems weird to set up Issa’s lifestyle choices as either the ho-tation, the ambitious career, or being married and having kids. It seems like the life that she imagined with Lawrence is what everyone wants, and that montage struck me as a “La-La Land”-esque, what could have been type thing, but not necessarily her

I know that this is okay, and it’ll be okay and I’ll get used to it, but I miss disqus right now.

My friend once tried to apply to the onion and when he asked how you could get a job there, the person on the phone said, "uh, be in Wisconsin 7 years ago."

When i watched the good wife, there came a point where all I wanted was to see Matt czuchry shirtless. And gg: a year gave it to me. And it was glorious.

I didn't go back to check this, but I feel like Lawrence's conversation with Tasha about what happened with Issa was the same, dialogue-wise, as Issa's with him. "I slept with my ex, it just happened…" Which makes me feel like he's even more disingenuous, and she's setting herself up for a lot of pain. It all makes

I don't understand why there wasn't a conversation between Jon and Sansa, where Jon was like, btw, Littlefinger is a littleshit, and make sure you don't fall prey to his creepy words. Like, just a little warning that he's going to be trying to sweet talk her. I'm sure she expects it, but it would be nice to know she

YA is just a corporate label so companies know who to Target in marketing so it doesn't really mean anything with regard to quality unless you assume young adults only like terrible books.

And he's meant to be a real tool

I guess what you're saying is true, but in that case it's not a show worth watching. I'm already living it. I listen to a lot of politics podcasts and I don't like David plotz on the slate political gabfest bc I feel like his level of analysis is the same as mine would be. I don't need to hear someone tell me what I

The crazy ex girlfriend party bus episode was. Fantastic!

Yeah, and I think it was mostly about being like, they've got giants too.

Maybe, but that one look last season was one of the best moments of hte whole season.

I hope she doesn't end up giving in to him.

True, Seinfeld, a 90's sitcom, is probably not the best parallel for this show which I would definitely not call a sitcom, I don't know what it is.

One could argue that Seinfeld was about a group of friends whose history made them cling to eachother and never create outside meaningful relationships. But it was good, and you still liked the characters, and could see why they liked each other, which just doesn't seem to be the case here.

It was very weird that Marianne went off with one of them though, and that was never really explained or anything, like, she's just the weird one and she does shit like that.

Shame on Netflix, but also, shame on casting such awesome people in such a terrible show, when they could be out doing things that are actually good.

After I made this comment, I had to go watch it and I watched the episode where Dean was being dramatic about not being dramatic anymore. It kills me that shows like that get cancelled and there's still shit on tv. I mean, I get it, golden age of television and all that, but still.

Have you watched the Grinder? It is fantastic.
