I started to like NASCAR when I stopped being a racing snob and actually made the effort to understand how it work.

Now I want to see him get tight with another magazine, so we can see an edit of this classic:

Honestly, they’re not that hard to trace. Tedious would be a better way to describe it. You simply take what’s called a “tree-branch” approach. You start at your biggest branches of electrical wiring first, and find where the problem lies. Now, it truly doesn’t lie there, but it helps you narrow down. Then you go down

If there’s one thing I’m certain Ferrari has going for them, it’s that their two drivers actually sit fine with each other and don’t risk setting off a bomb.

This is one of the most well thought out and explained stances on the removal of chris evans. I applaud this article and the ideas held within it. I think that a newer, more organically grown chemistry will surface and with it, the new generation of car nuts will be brought forth.

Musings and drivel incoming:

I see you haven’t driven a Fiat 500.

Depreciation? Yep, it is a European car after all. All other fronts, our 500 Sport has been a good car and a good bit of fun.

It’s not a minivan. A mini-van has a full-length flat roof that you can load ladders, kayaks, skis, surfboards, bicycles, etc. on. It has sliding doors that take up practically zero space in a parking lot. 3 forward facing rows, with seating for 7 or 8. Massive interior volume for the overall length. And it starts

You’re going to find lemon law buybacks on pretty much every model of every make under the sun. The law is fairly generous in the consumer’s favor, many people don’t realize they qualify.

I first learned left foot braking not for gravel, but for autocrossing a FWD car on tarmac. No Scandinavian Flicks there, but the ability to adjust weight transfer, and therefore the car’s handling characteristics, are just as useful for getting a nose heavy FWD car around the cones as for impressive slides on dirt.

If you would like to get into it, let me know! I have been racing for 20 years and its always fun and “reasonably” affordable. Not the way those kids do it, and some of the 2 cycle racing goes, but you can find a local track and buy a turn key package for $1000. I love the sport and will help anyone that I can try to

Growing up dedicated to a hobby or sport is the point. Whether it’s soccer, karting, scouting, dance.... The life lessons taught by winning and losing, sportsmanship, showing up, keeping your gear in shape, the methods of strategy, working with others and setting goals. Any kid with the where-with-all, (be it time,

I’d like to see the numbers of kids who grow up and lead successful lives because of karting. The other metric is bs.

I think the Giulia will do very well in your home county, but I have serious doubts on whether or not it will be successful in the US. Not because I think it’s a bad car, but FCA management, quality control issues, resale value, and the fact that Alfa is really unknown to American buyers doesn’t bode well for the

$40k is too much to have to constantly tell people why it’s special.

FORTY FUCKING GRAND.

Because RPM has little to do with fuel usage compared to other factors. It factors into the BSFC chart, but load is far far more important. I can rev my engine to redline in neutral and use much less fuel than full throttle, lugging my engine at idle.

The part that I don’t understand is I can go buy a $300 infotainment system from a 3rd party company that does more, looks better, works flawlessly, and doesn’t cause trouble.

If your a company like Alfa, why do you even waste your breath trying to make your own system? Why don’t you just go to one of the 1000

God damn infotainment systems ruining cars!!!

Alternate theory: He was showing off his “summon feature” and did not look at what he was doing, crashed it himself, and is now trying to find some way to blame anyone but himself. The phrase “Hey, bro watch what I can do with my car” may or may not have been involved.
