Alias?
I've been rewatching it on and off over the past year, and it's really repetitive and the plotting is like a bad soap opera. It can be fun, but I think Abrams' real secret was using tons of post-production to make LA seem like anywhere but.

More
Trent Reznor used to be in a new wave band, Option 30.
Courtney Love was the singer in Faith No More, then known as Faith No Man
The two main guys from the Cars were in a folk band named Milkwood.
Bill Drummond from the KLF had previously released a folk album backed by the Triffids.

Way too many phones
Did anyone else notice that the last shapeshifter's apartment had a wall of telephones? I'm not sure if it was a callback to the typewriter shop, or what, but it was bizarre.

Oops, this should go below. (and will)

Roscoe's presence also makes Walter's choice harder - having to see the pain and life the man who lost his son has had.
