You probably hated every NES game, then? Demons Souls and Dark Souls are an amazing return to the classic challenging gameplay of the NES, Ninja Gaiden, Ghosts n Goblins, etc. days. The more you actually learn to play, the less hard it ends up being.

I'm an avid MMO player and SW:TOR looks like ass to me. Just because the few people Kotaku has doing MMO reviews don't like SW:TOR does not mean "Oh well obviously you just don't like MMOs." The Guild Wars 2 articles are always positive and plentiful.

I never said either of those things.

Why not just when creating gear for new levels and raids create DIFFERENT gear that all have their unique points with extremely different looks so that players aren't stuck with using the same gear?

It's not a group. That's the whole point. Its anyone who puts on a mask and acts like an asshole, and anyone who uses the moniker.

One word: Troika. You can check on Troika's wiki, a few people from it are working on this game.

Oh, THIS is the MMO! I read on Carbine's page last month that they were making an MMO... It has people from fuckin' Troika.

Because launch titles.

I gotta say I'm more and more intrigued by the Vita as time goes on. PS3 + Vita making a Wii-U useless was one thing, and that LittleBigPlanet trailer showing off how it can use the Vita to create cool shit via the cameras was just amazing.

Just avoiding Tyrunn since all he can really do is insult instead of have a decent conversation... The point I'm trying to make is simply that if people see Rage sells well they could take that as a sign that everyone should be cutting content from their games for the sake of making more money. I -was- planning on

If you're buying it on ebay, sure, but if they're walking into a store, find a copy of a game, and walk out with it they shouldn't be punished for a store's retarded practices and meeting these practices with even worse practices isn't somehow better.

If you're a customer and buy the game you often don't know that GameStop doesn't give developers a piece of the cut for used games. You get home, you're chastised in game when you want to go into a sewer that's still there and you get immersion-breaking advertisements to buy a campaign pass. It's bullshit.

-Hurts the company by losing purchases since many people feel very strongly about this type of thing, as well as those who feel if they can't resell it for more than $5 its not worth the initial purchase anyway.

I buy games all the time but not when they use retarded business practices. It's a shame the game itself is hurt by the company.

Day one pirate? I want to enjoy the game but who wants to support something like this? Even if its minor, if the game does well other companies will think its a good idea.

The point of this is to go against GameStop. Not piracy.

Its still a part of the full game. I don't care much about games that have that to play online because I can still enjoy the full single player campaign.

What do you guys think of Rage? I think it looks like an amazing game, but the fact that id's cutting content from it if you don't buy it new is kind of pathetic.

This looks amazing. It's too bad that id Software is cutting content from it if you don't buy it new with a campaign pass.

...I actually just thought to myself "I have Jennifer Government and Company sitting here. I wonder if Max Barry's made any new books since these." And then I see this article.
