I heard there are so many used copy lying around that retailers do not know what to do with. Most people getting this game know what they were getting into... except even with that mentality, all of those “GAMES” are just so shit that it just not playable... and many of the good stuffs are locked away in DLC.

Icewind Dale 1 and 2 especially were for people who do not want to deal with story and choices and just want to combat. Seems more like you can’t handle the complexity of Infinity engine…

Although online platform is strong, there are still great numbers of people just pirate the hell out of the game. SP only game like this is an amazing target for it. Despite I want this on PC more than anybody, for their sake I hope they release it like an year or two later. Last thing I want is the dead franchise.

I honestly think the game that is okay just by watching video is a failure as a videogame. For example, according to various sources, Firewatch sold more than half million copies. Amazing for such a indie level game. This game, although let you deviate from main courses for slight exploration, is very linear story…

This is possibly the one of the worst marketing strategies ever. Bandai Namco barely makes any decision correctly for last few years, and this is no different, except it does quite hurt a bit because Soul series is perhaps one of the only few worth a damn from the franchise they own currently.

Played 61 hours and beat the game. I bought it on sale during Early Access, but I only began to play after full release. TBH, I didn’t enjoy it purely, since I did cheat out several parts of the game using simple text editing. This was so easy as if developer deliberately allow you to change the game to make it easy…
