Hideo Kojima deserve FAR BETTER than how he was treated in fucking Konami. I am so glad that he can get support from big budget publisher like Sony. Not that I have problem with big names going indie (and this is still independant) but Kojima-san is probably one guy who really need big budget to hell his story.

There is no “Fix” for dialogue system, because they are intended this way. You bought the game that happens to have this dialogue system. You can hate the game for it, but there is nothing inherently “broken” about this system... it just system that sucks.
