I agree that a la carte programming is expensive and exclusives suck, but the iTunes model of buying episodes existed way before streaming, and people complained about pricing and found excuses to pirate then as they do now. It’s also very possible and only mildly inconvenient to pause/rotate your subs around.

Just reiterating, you have to CALL. emails are documented but easily ignored. holding a live person on the phone line or blowing up voicemail boxes makes a much bigger impact.

For some reason the bedtime notification rarely goes off for me. The morning alarm always does which I guess is the more important of the two, but it’s only triggered at night correctly maybe 2-3 times since I upgraded to the new iOS.

I’m always surprised at the huge drawback that never gets mentioned about self-kiosks: an increase in theft and that it’s basically impossible to prove theft because of the “it’s too hard, the machine malfunctioned” excuse. They lose in merchandise what they save in labor costs.
