Buying based on what other people think about me is strange. My GX460 is going to likely outlast those EVs and actually have less of an impact environmentally than potentially having to buy two vehicles when one dies, instead of just one.

Isn’t their new EV the Challenger?

While true, I would say there is still validity in the concern of EVs in the winter. Their battery capacity is diminished in cold weather, cold weather happens every winter for extended periods of time, and our electrical grid is notorious for failing during extreme temperatures. I’m in the battery industry too, so

You can still find 2023 GX 460s on the lot. Better act quick though.

The exact reason I bought a 2022 GX460. Still has the proven 4.6 V8 and will last 300k easily with damn near everything still working. It didn’t change much throughout the years, but that’s one of its strong suits. Kaizen perfection.

Who is leaving eggs in their car no matter what the temp is???

Ahhh, there it is, now I’m a Klan member because I don’t feel sorry for a felon with a stolen gun speeding through traffic and killing himself. You really need to take time off from the internet and get some fresh air. Maybe go talk with people different than you (should be easy to find), and have an in person

I’m sorry you have to equate everything to something drastic because you lack the words to intelligently speak your thoughts. Here’s a shocker, I voted for Biden you overly judgemental twat. Going to compare me to a school shooter next?

I never said the cops knew that before. I was simply stating that she’s defending a felon with a stolen gun who chose to run from the police. He is the entire reason that any of this happened.

Gestapo? You seriously making the cops the same as jew hunting Nazis? Get the hell out of here with that mess. This guy wasn’t a victim of the final solution, he was a felon with a stolen gun running from the cops.

You don’t even need to manual swap, they made them with a 5sp. Now people did swap in the 6sp from the STi because they held up better when more power was added. The 5 sp wasn’t bad though, I never had any issues with it, especially when I put a short throw and some bushings on it. And yeah, the banjo bolts created an

You’re aware that Subaru made the Forester XT, which was basically the STi block with a WRX turbo, intercooler and transmission. Right? Way easier to just buy the Forester with that stuff already in it from the factory (used at least).

Right, proposed, hence they're just talking about it more. I want to see some actual action instead of talking more.

They always talk about Nashville to Atlanta and Memphis to Nashville, but nope, nothing. Always just talk. A pretty glaring open spot.

Driving would be the best option in those cases. Pretty much anything under a 5 hour drive, you’d be better off driving. Yeah, there’s issues with traffic, but airlines have delays of their own.

I’m more concerned about these blinding me with reflections on sunny days.

Was going to go to the one in Nashville in Jan, but it's going to be at Bridgstone Arena, which is the hockey arena. No thanks. Going to wait for when they come back to Nissan Stadium for more room and it'll be outdoors. Took my son to watch some smaller monster trucks at the State Fair this year and he did not like

I’m more concerned why Jalopnik needs so many pop up ads that it makes it almost unusable. Good lord people, I can’t even read the article for 5 seconds without having to find the little x to click. In the time it took me to write this, I’ve closed 6 ads. I get revenue, but at the expense of people actually being able

Being lazy isn’t cool.

This. They’re always pushing the limit and coming up with crazy engineering. Plus the cars are just amazing.
