Well re-read the terms of service again. Think about how many roads they have to keep track of with up to date information. Just because they make a map doesn’t mean they’re responsible for the safety of the roads. Are we just at a point where we deny personal responsibility now? There are two ultimately responsible

I’d say it’s gross negligence of whoever owns the bridge, not the company who suggests routes.

No, ultimately that is the responsibility of the driver and whoever owns that roadway. Google doesn't force you to use their routes, they're merely suggestions based on time and/or distance to a location.

But Google doesn't have a legal liability since they aren't in charge of road safety. Maps is a convenience service, not an official entity of road safety.

So this will fit in a S2000 right?

Shouldn’t be up to google who is providing a free service to be responsible for keeping you safe driving. The property owner of the bridge, whoever that may be, should be the one who is held liable as there were no signs or barricades. I had read that there was confusion on who actually owned it. Regardless, this is

Piss jugs aren’t a new problem, they’ve been around for a long time. Truckers just don’t like to stop unless lot lizards are around.

I don't think that this guy is going to go through the legal channels to do crime. Just a hunch.

The American Dream is demanding getting paid 40 hours but only working 32? Please, the UAW is overreaching and it’s not going to end well. Unions have done a lot of good things, but they also become very greedy, just like those they complain about. Is getting paid for 20% less work really worth losing your job a few

Bought a used 2015 XLT Sport FX4 back in 2017 for $35k. Sticker when it was new was $45k. Built a similarly spec’ed 2023 on Ford’s site a little while back and it was $65k. Crazy. My wife’s 2022 Lexus GX460 Premium didn’t even cost that much.

You don't believe that possibly people drove a truck or SUV and realized that they liked it more? They liked the extra room and higher up driving position?

Then why hasn't that worked in other markets? You don't think they'd want to do the same thing in Europe and Asian markets, especially if it's more profitable? American culture is about bigger and better. The Big 3 simply used that mindset to their benefit. You can't just absolve the responsibility of those who are

The reason the big 3 build trucks and suvs is because that's what the market wants for the most part. They are electrifying them as well.

Yeah, they really nailed the Tremor grill.

Whew, I was looking for the 5.0 and didn't see it in the story. Love my 5.0 and would get it again if I bought a new one.

Not sure why I had to scroll this far for this answer.

But how does Kia know it's the owner having sex or the thief that just stole it?

The trail always ends with money.

I’m in the battery industry and this is great once they scale it up. Currently lead acid batteries are the most recyclable consumable at being 99% recyclable. Being 95% for lithium is huge. Glad this is starting to catch up with the technology.

Oh I know that, just thought since you're trying to be offensive, I'd do the same.
