Ah shit, glitches that corrupt save data are the absolute worst. Ticks me off when they never patch it too. That’s one of the reasons I’ve yet to pick up Just Cause 3, Avalanche apparently never fixed the framerate issues on consoles and never fixed the memory leak issue on the pc version. Wow, I did not know all that. Once I download the drivers how do I actually install them? That’s the reason I do the “express upgrade” when I update my AMD video card drivers because it handles all that automatically. But manually downloading drivers I don’t know how to actually apply them.

I’ve never been a fan of that idea because it ruins the excitement of opening it yourself. You miss out on that new console smell when you take it out of the box, turning it on for the first time, ripping the plastic off etc etc.

Hmmm, what issues exactly? I would probably have bought it from Gog.com if I were you. The version you buy from gog is a lot better optimized for newer operating systems. The problem with buying old games on Steam is they just throw a shitty old version of the game on there and call it a day.
