Well, a Nintendo subreddit is usually going to be filled with Nintendo fans, so of course they’re going to be excited about it lol. I’m willing to bet your average person who played Mario Kart 8 on Wii U isn’t that excited to rebuy it for full price.

I disagree on some of those being “big” titles. Mario Kart 8, people aren’t nearly as excited for MK 8 Deluxe as they would be if it was Mario Kart 9. Not enough. Third parties need to see way more before they commit to making a game for the system.

They really haven’t showcased the hardware yet, they just released the tech specs. That’s not really the same thing as a true reveal to me.

I played through the first Banjo shortly after the Rare Replay came out, as someone who didn’t play it back in the day it was all new for me. I had a blast, the game held up moderately well.

I see. I wasn’t really following development, I mean I was excited for the game but didn’t follow development too closely. I’ve yet to pick it up since I still gotta get around to getting a new PC.
