If it's anyone screwing over devs it's Gamestop because they're the ones that push used copies so hard. There is a used market for almost everything, why should games be any different? Devs need to get over themselves, it's not like they haven't found alternate revenue streams (season passes, "Deluxe Editions",

EA has been getting a lot better now ever since they got a new CEO. The guy seems to be taking the company in a good direction. Ubisoft is the one to hate now :P. I don't pirate any games, even from Ubisoft, because I like supporting the games that I enjoy playing. Although if a game is super broken upon release then

Actually it outsold the PS4 in the U.K as well.

Well it isn't necessarily a bad thing that they make it run off the HDD. It is faster than having to read it off the disc and also it saves on noise as you don't hear the disc spinning in the drive (not that that's loud anyways but still). Although the forced install is a little dumb because it eats HDD space like no

No my first sentence was in reference to current gen, where it copies off the disc to the HDD, and you also still need the disc in the tray. Also that's why I said some PS3 games had a mandatory install, sure it didn't install everything off the disc but it still made you install several gigs of data before being able

Ya I think the main reason they did it was to reduce load times and save wear and tear on the disc drive. But ya I agree it doesn't reflect too much in the load times. Load times do seem a little faster this gen though, but that's probably due more the the upgraded specs.

Yes it basically copies everything off the disc, however, you still need to put the disc in the disc tray every time you want to play the game, even after you install it. For some games the PS3 didn't do that. Some games for PS3 had a mandatory install, others only made you install a small portion of the game, usually

Even going with the disc option they still take up just as much space because it just installs the game from the disc to your hard drive. 500GB was way too small, I don't know what Sony and MS were thinking.

6.7 GB just for a patch, and Microsoft and Sony thought it was a good idea to put only 500GB hard drives in the consoles. Facepalm.

Several years ago PSN did suffer a major hack though, and now a different part of Sony has suffered a major hack. It's safe to say that Sony does have a problem with keeping hackers out.

Ya when I saw that the cheapest price on Wii U was still $300 I was disappointed. I mean the system has good games and all but it's lacking in too many other areas for me to want to spend $300 on it.

It dropped to $330. $280 from ONE store doesn't count :P

They gotta fill that minority quota somehow.

You forgot one. This is coming on Tuesday the 9th. I picked up Dual Destinies last week on sale but I'm waiting to play through this trilogy before starting that one. I can't wait!!!!

I highly doubt they would keep the game off the Xbox platform for that reason alone. There's too much money to lose.

Street Fighter V was gonna exist with or without Sony. It just so happens that Sony entered an agreement with them to help fund development and their terms were it can't release on Xbox.

You're definitely new to Twitch. Stream chats talk smack on everything and everyone.

Which is what I hate most about this generation. Everything is A-ok to do for good guy Sony who are such nice people and only care about the gamer and have their best interests at heart. But when big meanie Microsoft does the same thing then it's because they're a bunch of greedy bastards who only care about profit

OMG those first 2 videos. Tekken and Vigilante 8, MUH CHILDHOOD. Good fuckin times man. I miss those days so much.

Twitch most likely is their job. Throughout the marathon they will be getting subscribers and donations, all of which help support them.
