i agree with what you say! it is just 2 days. unfair comparison, but STILL compared to the hype and sanctification it has received and considering the acid and poison 3ds had received before launch, i'd say it really was a bad launch!

uhm... no.. as a happy owner of an awesome ipad2, i tell you that no, iphone\ipad can't replace 3DS or vita. and it's all about the way you play games on 3DS and vita. MAYBE it will sell more, and definitely iphones have sold more, but that doesn't mean much really.

lets just wait a bit and see what happens next week. it is unfair to judge based on last week. nintendo was selling whole week. i have a feeling that the trend will continue but sony has a much better offer this time around. so they might actually pull it off!
