As a classic car owner and aficionado, I'd like to add many, many more types of people to the with bad celebrity drivers. There needs to be some ground rules set. Here's some things that should be laws to prevent people from owning a classic:

OK, I don't know if this is against the rules, or if there are any rules, or whatever.  I'm going to vent.
