I watch a lot of Food Network. It's not limited to sandwiches, but any dish. It encompasses meat, fish, or plant-based entree items.

My feeling is that even if you cure cancer, something will eventually kill all of those people. Cancer is a terrible way to go but they could all die from equally terrible diseases or occurrences. There's not really a moral net gain in killing an infant so that some people can die a different way.
He was stable, and harassing a patient in critical condition (who he was not related to) AND the health professional trying to stabilize him. I was unsurprised. The health professional didn't make Kevin leave the main road to wander the desert.
