It's like a little apertif — "Kevin's gonna try to die a lot this season, but it's gonna be fine folks!"

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It is perhaps the weirdest prestige drama I have ever seen, but I dig it for that reason. Be prepared for many things to not make much sense and for that to sorta be the point.

Yeah I started to doubt my fairly recent memory (I binged the show last month) and wondered if she didn't find Lily. Must be something else.

Name that time, please.

Aw, are we not reviewing this anymore? Just when we start to get a multi-episode arc.

They do this for quite a lot of shows, regularly. It's so people can decide if they want to invest in it on their schedule — sometimes a first episode doesn't reel you in as much as a quick summary of the season.

I haven't read the book so I don't know how much of season 1 you would NEED to watch to understand season 2, but while you could follow season 2 without it I think the knowing season 1 makes the experience better.

I started on this last month not realizing that Season 3 was on its way — I think I was under the impression it ended at Season 2 when I started it. I am so thrilled.

"The show will never be the procedural it was in season one and it should be celebrated for the joyride that it is. Because, well, the joyride is better than Olivia and crew fighting to pass bills while enjoying weekly screenings of a Bachelor parody."

Relieved I stop following the show some time ago because this:

It's pronounced Ponti-hyac.

I dunno, jilted as she was, she *is* the one who got him into doing such exciting things as adult coloring books at jazz brunch.

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude that you have explained that website's acronym (initialism*) to me. I am amazed.

I clearly need to do a series rewatch sometime soon.

Not sure how he'd position a bucket to be of any help while he's stuck in a horizontal position.

I like that the "fake fight" still had some stakes and that Jake's insecurities were affected, but it was resolved very neatly and sweetly.

And it sounds like neither letter pronounced twice.

You are the hero we needed.

BRB has no significant digital meaning anymore because we are seldom away from our devices. "TTYL" would be a better term now. It actually makes more sense to use it in a physical interaction now.
