Was anyone else really bothered by Harry cheating on his wife? AGAIN. I know that the men on this show cheat like it's no big thing, but the one other time that Harry cheated (when he was drunk at that party they had way back at the old office), he was wrecked. It just seems strangely out of character for him, he's

I don't hate Megan as much as a lot of people seem to, but she is extremely hard to like. Every time I start to think she might be okay so goes and has a temper tantrum, and while she is usually justified in being upset about something, the magnitude of her reaction is almost always way way more explosive than the

Yeah, honestly I'd rather see a good show end a too early than watch it die a slow and painful death.

ah yes, you're right my apologies. For some reason I thought she started out training for the Opera as well, I knew Emmy Rossum did. Sorry for the confusion. I'm still fairly confident in her abilities though. She does have experience in musical theatre, which is after all what Les Mis is.

wow calm the fuck down. I apologize for making my mistake, I think I must have gotten that bit of information confused. However, she is experienced at musical theatre, which is what Les Mis is so, again I'm not worried.

Okay thank you for the correction. I know the other two actresses mentioned are, I thought she was as well. At any rate, we've all heard her sing before, the Oscars.

Okay to be fair, we should take a few things into consideration before slamming her singing. First she actually is a trained opera singer, so I don't doubt that she has the chops. Second while filming she would sing it through doing just the basics, not straining her voice, while she walked through it, but that won't

Exactly, and good point about the servants too. Only the truly poor did not have at least one servant to help with household chores and dressing.

Not saying I agree with his theory, but I don't think you can say it can't have been a woman because it would have been hard for a woman to hide that she was psychotic. It would be just as hard for a man to hide and obviously someone got away with these murders.

I'd honestly be interested to read the book or at least this section of the book to see if he goes into more detail about that. It sounds pretty dumb just stated as it is above without any explanation. However, at that time period there were a lot things that one did a certain way, not just because they had a vagina

Yup, whatever I think about this theory you're absolutely right. Kelley not being a woman of means might have only had one change of clothes, one hat if she was lucky and one warmer item of clothing such as a cape. It would be fairly easy for anyone who saw her on a regular basis to say whether or not something

Okay I'm not saying that their reasoning behind wanting to keep it all men is great, but as many people have pointed out there are a number of all female colleges in the states. So it kind of seems like a double standard to get upset about this, but not about the exclusivity of women's schools.

I don't know about the show as a whole being a "feminist victory," but it does feel different to me than other shows featuring mostly female casts, such as Sex in The City. It feels a bit more honest and a bit more rough around the edges in a good way. I don't honestly know how I feel about the show as a whole yet,

I may not be as skinny as Emily Blunt (who just to be clear I do think is lovely and talented), but I'm in pretty good shape, and I still like a little meat on my man's bones. Don't get me wrong I like a guy who takes care of himself, but I thought Jason Segel circa Forgetting Sarah Marshall looked great. Honestly

For real, that was horrifying. So I mean I guess effective as we are supposed to hate him, and that scene just furthered our understanding of just how awful he is.

The show is following the books, almost scene for scene. Honestly I'm glad that they spend time doing character development instead of just jumping headlong into action in every episode, or diverting from the books to the point where the show just becomes something else entirely.

Okay, I'm not saying that they couldn't tone down the sex scenes, they could, but The Tudors couldn't even begin to hold a candle to this show. It is a very good show with some amazingly well written characters, and some of those amazingly well written characters are women. So don't let this turn you off.

I have to say that although I do find Jessa to be a bit contrived I really REALLY LOVED her reaction to that book about what "ladies" should and should not do/like. I hate that shit, when people try to tell you want you should or shouldn't like or what a guy will or won't respect you for liking/doing. For me that was

HOW DID I NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS WEBSITE?! Thank you!

I've done a similar thing with itunes where you can get a season pass, it's not a bad deal and I definitely like having the option, but it is fairly expensive and you only get the pass for that one show. Also I don't need to own a copy of the show on my computer, I just want to watch it. I think that premium cable
