2 years later watching it on Netflix now! Just saw this ep last night. I knew from the beginning he got killed off somehow. It's artful and completely worth watching.

They're crazy about each other. 11 years can be a big difference but it seems to matter less and less with time.

the BEST

One of the best platonic male-female relationships on TV, easily.

I;m a hardcore fan and I agree that Heavy Boobs just isn't one of the best.

I mean, they didn't create the acronym but I get how non-Jews could feel uncomfortable; it's one of those words that's used in the community. I'd heard of it before I head of derogatory term for Japanese. As a Jew, though, I'm thrilled to see a complicated feminist Jew represented.

Yeah, it's a character-based show in the guise of a romance. So it's subversive.

I'm hoping that endgame is Rachel by Herself or a slower new beginning with Greg. Even though Jane did choose one option, they still incorporated the message that the people she needs the most are her mom and grandma.

Would be a great name for the show, actually…

He had the backing up monologue!

Even the best parents screw up, and do what they think is best at the time. Mom was going through a lot of BS. I think Rebecca and Paula will be CLOSER than Becca is to her mom, but I don't think that makes her mom terrible. She does have Rebecca's best interests at heart, she doesn't has a misread about what IS in

So this show may not be realistic in its situation, but there is so much emotional honesty that it feels realistic in some ways more than a lot of other things on the air. The show has portrayed things I've felt in ways I've never seen on pop culture. I see comments below calling a character horrible and others not,

I'm not convinced Gregbecca is endgame, or if it is, it's start over much more slowly.

I need this where can i get it please

Yeah, I don't have depression, but it's been incredibly healing for my anxiety. I've never seen it portrayed so well!

Bloom has said she doesn't want the show to run forever, but I'd like that for a little. Like Cougar Town, it's guilty of the Subversive Title Syndrome

Not to mention the Broad City shout out - Facebook told me today that Ilana and Rachel were roomies 6 years ago!

Really? It just made me sadder for her. What I like about this show is at some point, all the characters have been unhealth or unlikeable. But they've been so for REAL reasons.

I feel like his Actual Studying reflected that he's aware and maybe shaping up a bit.
