I think the book doesnt talk that much about Beorn, wich for the overall story is VERY important. Im guessing they are going to take much more time to develop this characters that in the book are simply seen (from Bilbo's point of view) as Mighty Unknown Heroes.

This new design of the blorgons isnt as good as the classic one.

Remember how a few years ago we had lots of Superheroes dancing in superhero movies? Now the new trend is the hobo-beard.

"What would Nightwing have looked like in The Dark Knight Rises? [Spoilers]" Thats the most paradoxical spoiler warning ive seen. Just because by saying there are Spoilers you directly imply that there is some surprise about Nightwing in The Dark Knight Rises. It would have been LESS spoilerish if the title didnt say

You mean a bold evil guy that was born in a prision of shadows and couldnt see the sun untill he was a teenager?

Those are not Stakes. The problem with Cars was that there was nothing at stake. From the begining we all get the idea that "he doesnt need to win the race". Besides him and the bad guy, nobody else (neither the audience) consider the race is at stake, because we dont really care if he wins or not.

It's a statement of fact , Miss Eccleston, that as a man you are barely passible but as a woman , you are a dog.

To me the problem was that the game became too repetitive or lost everything that made it special after the few first levels. The cool thing of the game was to be able to use original force powers to defeat your enemies (throw them against each other, choke them, push them) after the first 3 levels this becomes "easy"

Well, Brad Bird has 4

Would you be happier if he had a wooden sword in his belt? Because the stance and the cape is the usual pose of a knight hero.

Are you kidding me? Using the soundtrack of another movie for a trailer is the most common thing. At least this is a music form just one scene of the movie. Many trailers use the main theme from other movies, like Stargate, Dragonheart or Rocketeer.

If every time the music in a trailer was actually the music in the movie, Dragonheart, StarGate Requiem for a Dream and Rocketeer would be the official Soundtracks of every Blockbuster.

I dont think you ought to expect canon consistency in a mind like his.

No, he is an asshole.

To me it was the weakest of the three. It was good enough for the trilogy, but the weakest. I didnt feel there was an arc to the characters. They were just all fighting against a VERY powerful villain. No moral dilemas, no growth, just finding the will to fight and fight (even if Alfred at the begining hinted some

Im talking about PRINT media. Obviously the original artwork is priced. Just as a book, the manuscript is priced, but the book isnt.

I never understood the value of "original" or antique in the world of print media. The artwork is the artwork, not the printed paper. I have this poster in the size of a A4, and you can find it in good enough resolution on the Internet. Its not the same quality as the one auctioning, but even if it was, this

I think Episode I Darth Maul was more of a Clint Eastwood or a Kevin from Sin City. But here they are making it Grendel from Beowulf mixed with the Green Goblin. A traumatised, crazy dangerously intelligent villain, that can be trouble because he has nothing to lose.

"the Clone Wars team is excited to explore the keener, more intelligent side of Maul. "We don't want the Sith to be blunt weapons," Filoni explained. This Maul is sinister, tactical, and understands why Darth Sidious has been so successful. "

Snyder uses too much the word "Cool" to describe his intentions. Have you heard Suckerpunch commentary? Is a constant "yeah, i thought that was cool"
