Makes no sense that San Francisco would also include Oakland and Fremont (Which is actually next to San Jose...) while a small town like Williston would only include itself. I would imagine that if we were to look at the same sample size, either population of sq. miles, then this figure would change significantly.

I think that solution to all these problems are dash cams on all vehicles, both cars and bikes. Let people cross as they will, let bikes run stop signs if there isn't traffic, but if there is an accident the video is there to give us the full picture on what happened. Personal responsibility needs to make a comeback.

Its not really Verizon's "fault" either, huge swaths of their availability area is still on their CDMA network so they really can't just give users "freedom" the same way that GSM carriers like ATT/Tmobile can. When Verizon completely phases out CDMA, then they will be able to compete in the same way as the others...…
