If you want to see cost savings, just look at what a reputable shop will charge to replace an electric motors (window, convertible top, etc) because they won't just FIX THE MOTOR. 90% of the time the motor has stopped working because the contact points have worn and need to be replaced... cost to replace

Toyota would have to bring a Lexus, don't think the frs could compete on a circle track, but the ISF should hold its own. Honda can bring out the crosstour, could always use a reliable support vehicle haha.

I guess I am just one of those people, I see a huge difference between 720 and 1080, check I even see a huge difference between a bluray at 1080 and that compressed craps Comcast tries to call 1080. And let's not even get into talking about the huge advantages of higher res when talking about dual use TV/Computer

Came to say the same thing, I've never been able to watch an entire NASCAR race, but I would become a dedicated fan is the "Race Sunday, Sell Monday" mantra came back.

I think it's funny whenever a new resolution is about to come to market (720, 1080, 4K, 8K) everyone comes out and says that this is "too much" and that no one "needs" it. Welp, hate to break it to everyone, but you will buy a 4K TV, followed by an 8K TV, followed by whatever comes out after that. If we stopped at

That's a standard CTS Wagon, apples and oranges

Man, I was really excited to see what Intel could get accomplished in this space...

And if you were to bring one to the airport, you would end up in Guantanamo Bay for a very long time.

I think that all sports fans should donate money to the state of Ohio, not for charity but directly to the Browns/Indians/Cavs so they might actually win a championship... eventually it goes from being funny, to pathetic to now just sad.

Now playing

German engineered, Russian copied screw drive tank. They can drive on basically any surface from sand to asphalt to snow. Downside was typical jack-of-all-trades syndrome, could do it all but none of it very well, but Russians made a ton of different types of vehicles with the drivetrain. I could say more, but I feel

Obviously designed by the Russians and released in the US so as later to become an army of sand/dirt/human flesh destroying mini killer robots that will be lead into battle by a shirtless Putin riding bareback on a f'ing Tiger.

Robot Wars needs to make a comeback, but now with robotics being so much further along, the arena should be the size of a football field and the robots allowed to carry projectile weapons... So. Much. Win

Wow... I am so f'ing excited to see this as a production vehicles. Nissan has gotten a lot of flack for making "questionable" production decisions (CrossCab,Juke, etc) but if the production versions retains the design cues of this concept that edginess will of paid off.

Needs more screw drive... that would be terrifying

Considering their ownership group is a consortium of Silicon Valley investors this doesn't surprise me.

No, the Chinese counterfeiters aren't making wearable technology as there is not a market leader to emulate yet. Google Glass still has a long way to go and is priced into the stratosphere, meaning that the development costs are steep and that they are still working on a product designed for mass market release.

Even of the 105K in question wasn't reimbursed (it was) it would of been a great investment for.the worldwide media attention it generated. You couldn't of bought that much good press, this is especially important to a city that generates nearly 80% or revenues from tourism.

Nope, it sucks out here in SF, no need to come out east coast people... There are enough of you already.

I built one of these for my 8th grade science project using an alternator, ball bearings and an industrial size hvac fan. The results were terrible, at 80mph I was generating only a couple of watts and the impact on gas mileage was nearly a 50% loss.

unroll.me is awesome, just unsubscribed to... 239 subscriptions... And the amazing thing is that this isn't even from my spam email address, haha.
