In other similar news, the Japanese comedy Tampopo is also coming back to theaters. It's screening at the Film Forum in NYC from Oct 21 - Nov 3. It's a really charming film and has a young Ken Watanabe in it. You should go see it!
Bong Joon-Ho. Memories of Murder is one of my top five favorite films, probably even claiming the top spot. The Host is probably the best contemporary monster movie; richer and multi-faceted than most films in the genre.
