I also think we should touch on the emotional and mental impact when you are helping with a friend who is depressed.

A friend told me that when someone is going through depression, they are like in a ditch or a hole and if you want to help, you can't just offer a hand or give them a rope so they could climb out of. If you really wanted to help them, you have to jump into the ditch yourself with them to push them out of the ditch.

You can change the background to transparency tho. Tap "extensions" select "advanced" and change "home screen widget backgound"
