For my friends who play Midnight Suns but don’t ever post here and myself I will give a 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th on this.
Seconded. I really think people were put off by the card mechanics which is a shame because it’s not really a card battler the way they think it is. If anything the cards are just skills by a different name.
Just here to say again that people should play Midnight Suns
i was expecting it to be the horse call button...i called my horse once...got on it..rode for 30 seconds...realized it was a waste of time..then never used horse again
clearlyLooking at the image, the crack isn’t on a weld line; it’s a failure in the vertical post starting above where the diagonal joins it. It’s clearly a stress-focus fracture, but it’s not a weld failure. I would think an outside diagonal would support the stress better, but I'm not a mechanical engineer.
Looks like he’ll get that buzz cut back in less than a month. A pretty cheap way to learn the valuable lesson not to rely on the word of anonymous internet randos.
The best part about this hot take is that Yona actually gets Sidon and Link’s relationship, and is entirely supportive of the duo. She practically has to physically drag Sidon away from his noble self-sacrifice and kick him out the door to go on a proper adventure, away from her, with the Hylian. Then after all that…
Fans are frustrated with the way Yona’s appearance works to reinforce heteronormativity in Hyrule
This is why people should never ship, ever.
This is the problem with shipping culture.
It is toxic masculinity for gay people. It is easier to accept that two men might be having sex than it is that their concepts of masculinity are wrong and that two men can actually be friends.
If Nintendo wanted to avoid articles like this, it would have been very easy to do so.
Just here to say that there’s a non-heteronormative society in Hyrule, the Gorons.
It’s just Guy Love
The game never positioned Sidon as an explicit love interest for Link as it did Mipha and Zelda, but fans latched onto the dynamic between the two, resulting in one of the more popular ships in the fandom.
I just can’t understand fans inability to believe 2 character can just be friends. Like EVERY friendship seems like it MUST be a sexual relationship, it’s just strange, and a little creepy.
Opinion: “Shipping” culture is creepy, not least because it leads to obsessive head canons. When that head canon collides with source materials, the fan absurdly becomes upset with the source material instead of recognizing that their head canon they've obsessed over isn't reality.
Talk about nonsense! It’s a videogame it doesn’t need to tick all the political checkmarks under the sun. You want to ship Sidon with Link? Go right ahead, hell Zelda’s ancestor Rauru is a furry! The game’s story is not going to stop you.
Lol. I feel for you. The days of Kotaku being objective game journalism news has long gone. Now its filled with SJWs who will attack anyone sharing their opinion that didnt sit well with their agenda.
