To all of you who say that the Blues Brothers isn't the best American car movie of all time: Shame on you!

I've found that LM and other sorts of GT-car racing series are more popular amongst "car people" than F1. There's just more technical diversity and connection to varying road cars with LM/GT. I think of F1 as much more of a sport than anything else, considering the amount of physical training those guys put

This just might be the ultimate hipster car: "oh, me? I drive a Rover. You've probably never heard of that kind of car." At the same time, it's basically a Honda Civic, so actually owning it should be a relatively cheap and simple endeavor.

My Dad bought a new car last month - which is amazing when you consider it's something he only does once every twenty years. Oh, and he bought a Subaru too.

Aren't most new cars in Oceania hideously expensive? I'd heard a new Camaro SS costs about the same as a new Maserati GranTurismo in those parts...

That looks great. It's all fine-and-dandy...except...the CLA is not a GT car. I don't think any GT race rules would allow for its entry. I think DTM would be the only option, but then Merc already has a car for that. I'm really a little confused by this whole exercise.

"Breadvan" is just a nickname. The real name is probably the most badass name ever given to a car: The "GT Drogo"

The other day I was stopped at a red light with a V8S. I asked the guy to wind it up so I could hear it properly. OMG. That car makes a better noise than any 21st Century car has the right to. I didn't really get what all the fuss over the F-Type was about until I saw and HEARD it in person. Their is no doubt in my

A LOT has to be done with the suspension and weight before anyone would really consider it an affordable, sporting coupe. Hopefully the next generation will see that change.

I think he means a "21.1st Century Ford GT"

V6 Mustang vs. anything else. It's like saying "I can reduce this to an argument in which the 0-60 time of that car is bested by a lumbering rental car, and therefore the lumbering rental car is better."

The earliest I could find was Audi, from October 29, 1996. I was six, SIX YEARS OLD. I couldn't even read properly at this point in my life.

Aren't drum brakes more difficult to work on, though?

I was scrolling through the comments, and I was surprised this wasn't all the way at the top. Only need to wait a few more years before we can import one...

That was there this year? Dang, I'm a little bummed I didn't go this year...

Having seen cars take this corner before, it doesn't look as though there was anything wrong with his racing line. If anything, he either hit a damp portion of the track and/or opened-up the throttle a little bit too much a little bit too early.

What makes aviation gasoline different from your garden-variety, automotive gasoline?

Yeah, if you want to spend $$$$$. Otherwise, take them to a good local shop and only pay $$$

Yeah, I'm pretty careful about not flipping mine up more than I need to - I don't think working on those would be any fun.

Plus, it meant you could actually work on your brakes yourself.
