Oops...guess I thought it was a flat six.

This is how I imagine it going-down: "oh, yeah, I've got one of the most reliable and cheapest-to-maintain driver's car of all time. How can I make it better....I know, I'll ruin all of that!"

That sucks, I'm glad everyone's alright, but I can't think of a more beautiful place to crash.

Dude, I would soooo build this if I had hundreds of millions of dollars. I'm thinking the flat-six turbo out of a Panamera or 911 Turbo would be a good candidate for the power plant. If I wanted to keep it more down-market, I'd go with a Subaru Boxer 6, but then it wouldn't really sell that well since it's not going

Thank God we won the War.

So, you're telling me that this Benz Patent Motorwagen is slightly newer today than that R35 will be in 2154.

The customizations like the roof rack are few and far between. They're vehicle-specific, and only available for certain vehicles. For example, for the BMW 3.0 CSL, you have some options to make it look a lot like a 3.0 CSL "Batmobile." It's not quite Midnight Club Dub Edition when it comes to customizations, but

On an unrelated note...thought you might appreciate your Beetle in all her restored glory. I couldn't get the wheels right, but she does have a new engine to replace the one that was yanked: The 4-cylinder turbo out of a Golf R!

You scared the crap out of me. The headline read "Audi's killing it" with a picture of an R8, so I thought the news was that they were killing-off the R8. Don't do that to me!

What I really want is THIS computer console.

I was trying to decide between this and the Miata for my next car, but it's absolutely impossible to find one that has not been "modified, bro, that adds like $5,000 to my asking price!" I have never, ever found one that looks anything like what's pictured above. So, Miata it is!

3rd Gear: In the accounting world this sort of practice is sometimes referred to as "channel stuffing," and it's just one of the few things Sunbeam got into trouble for about the same time as Enron was having issues of its own. Even in cases where the pressure to get sales booked isn't necessarily illegal, it can

No, I'm pretty sure we didn't get the Ghibli. I remember I read somewhere pretty recently that there was one guy in Canada who had the only one in all of North America.

I've been asking around $3,000 around town and on the internet, but $2,500 would take it. It just turned-over the 90,000-mile mark last week. I'm in Rock Island, IL (which is about three hours west of Chicago on the Mississippi).

Drive as quickly as possible through narrow spots. The whole experience will be over much sooner.

Miata's next on my list, but I need to unload the Roadmaster first.

I can't watch. As I recall, this doesn't end well for the Miura.

Personally, I think the Miura is a great-looking car, one of the best-looking cars of all time for sure. I am, however, aware that there are many who would disagree and think the Miura is "hideous." My best friend certainly seems to think so. It's clear this car has very polarizing looks, so I'm inclined to
