I don't think cops need a warrant to take a DNA sample, which is essentially what's going on here under these "no refusal" blood tests: taking evidence from your body. As long as the cops are properly trained on taking blood tests I don't see an issue here.

Yeah, there's no way a stock transmission can handle the sort of punishment of a 24-hour race, or shift quickly. It will be a six-speed racing sequential like everyone else uses.
