I’d also be surprised if empathy for others motivated him to take his own life. Psychopaths are not heroic. He couldn’t face forever jail, or more likely was taken out. Way too many ruthless people with way too much at stake to let him live and cut a deal.

How is what businesses pay now for employee health insurance being factored in to the calculations?  Seems like some or all of that saving would get passed to consumers, or returned to employees as higher compensation, both of which would offset a portion of any tax increases.
