One of the key elements of this situation is the Senate isn’t democratically representative. The will of the people, government of, by and for the people has been derailed by a paralyzed Congress. More rural and less populated states outnumber the states with the bulk of the population, and we’re paying an enormous

So how do you propose the “lowers” can continue to feed the giant vacuum sucking all the wealth into the “uppers” if they don’t come to heel and stop wasting the money they were allowed to earn on non-essentials?

Most surprising thing to me is the audio didn’t pick up the camera truck driver letting out a torrent of expletives.  Nothing but stunned silence it seems.

Nice of you to take the time to respond. As a rank amateur I’m certainly not qualified to offer an educated analysis. But speaking strictly as a layman, neither the robot nor the passive “wings” strapped to an ostrich seem like a convincing simulation that would allow drawing conclusions about the origins of flight.

Yeah, lots of possibilities. I’m just pointing out that it seems unlikely an animal running 17 mph would have it’s head flopping around like that. If the head motion is so far off then it’s hard to have confidence in the rest of their simulation. Ostrich videos do show them using their wings for managing stability and

The more they feel threatened by their shrinking demographics the more desperate they’ll be. It will only get worse.

Now playing

Definitely don’t have your cred, but my first thought was that flailing head movement can’t be right. Watch an ostrich run, head is extremely stable, as you’d expect for max vision stability. There are some videos of running cassowaries on Youtube that also show a very stable head. And here’s a rhea. Again very still

Yeah it does look like he’s holding and adjusting something with his left hand.  Possibly the outside mirror, maybe the field of view is too limited and he’s frequently changing the angle.  If it was merely broken it seems unlikely he’d have mastered the foot shifting technique before it could be fixed, so seems like

That’s an assertion that may or may not be true. Why do you believe it? Here’s some evidence that partially supports you statement (60% of anti-vaxxers are liberal leaning), but the rest is questionable.

For 15 minutes.

I’m neither a Biden supporter or opponent. I think you’re overreacting to people asking him to offer his perspective on those events and wanting to have confidence that his current views align with what we want now in a President. He was the chairman of the committee and thus had significant control over what happened

Thomas is still on the bench. Mistakes have consequences. Big mistakes have big consequences.

I predict he only wins if the left leaning voters split between the Dem candidate and some more left 3rd party candidates, just like last time, because too many of us failed to learn from the Bush/Gore/Nader debacle.

If this is what America looks like when we frequently beseech God to “stand beside her and guide her” I’d vote to ditch God, the song and the racist singer.

He thought that’s where the Mueller report is stored.

He’s leaving a trail of destruction that will last well into their lifetimes. Zero action on climate change, big increase in the national debt and wealth inequality, poisoning the judicial system with lifetime appointments of judges, huge steps backwards in erasing racism, civil rights based on sexual orientation, heal

I assume that was another correction.  My usage was incorrect.  Thanks.

Look at the racial demographics of those in prison and you’ll see why the right is so anti letting “them” vote.

“In the future, people will want to outlaw people driving their own cars because they’ll be unsafe.”
