Yep. My SO bought a 2021 Wrangler 4xe Sahara for $58K. I'd imagine she probably could sell it and not take a loss. Made more sense than any used Wrangler.

I came here to say base model Dodge Journey. The Note works just as well.

Used Wranglers are even more stupid.

The salesman at the time told me that he couldn't trade cars to Tennessee because it was in a different zone or something. Then he started pressuring me to buy cars he had on the lot.

Obviously, that makes sense. /S

I can't believe how true that is even in 2021.

I started to angle for a kegerator in the laundry room...

Most hatchbacks are going to the sloped rear glass. This one at least appears to have rear seat headroom.

I like the angles. It's like someone from Giugiaro hacked into their 3D model file and added some character lines.

I'd imagine it's easier to aim 1 headlight assembly than 2. But that makes the aiming less flexible.

Also, for comparison, I recently help my SO order a new Wrangler. The order was $58K OTD. The 1st dealer was trying to “get me into” a $62K model by knocking $800 off the sticker. Most of the “upgrades” that were on the more expensive in stock Jeep were a no-go. One of which was a bigger tire and lift package that

Some people go in and buy cars on the lot from necessity. They need a car now (accident or costly repair to their old car for instance). I figured out a number of years ago that if I was going to spend lots of money on a car, I was going to get exactly what I want.

Ordered a Wrangler in January for this exact reason. There’s a Jeep dealer 3 miles from my house. I went there twice to order one and they just wanted to sell me what they had. I ended up calling around and ordered from a dealer about an hour away. There are 4 Jeep dealers closer. I gave them all a chance.

And to add to this, why do Toyota dealers split the country into zones? A few years ago, I was looking for a Toyota in a specific color and with certain options. In North Georgia the dealer said he couldn’t find what I wanted. I found one 150 miles away in Tennessee. The Georgia dealer said they couldn’t swap cars

I had never seen a Supra at a local dealer then travelled to Pennsylvania and there were 7 in the front on display and 1 more inside.

Sightlines are key! I occasionally drive a few work vehicles. Two of which are box trucks. One is on a van platform, the other a truck platform. The van is so much easier to drive based on sightlines. If only there were a way to put the engine somewhere else, like underneath the van. Like an electric motor with

I’ve been wondering how all these huge pickup grills are more dangerous than Lotus Esprit pop-up headlights. And while I’m on my soap box, why doesn’t the new Lightning have a lower nose to aid in visibility? How much frunk space does one need if one has a 6' bed?

I have over 200K mostly highway miles on a PC. Best money I ever spent was $200 on generic Amazon sound deadening and some food speakers. “It's a momentum car"

I’m saving my future bux for the day these hit the used market. I'm hoping the depreciation will be epic.

I have the same situation. Got a new work iPhone issued during the pandemic with no fingerprint reader only passcode and  face recognition. It works poorly with a mask on.
