Thanks for the details. My current car, Toyota Prius C, only has manual adjustment fore/aft, up/down, back angle, and headrest height and it just fits. My sister has a lesser Prius C and the seats are different and suck.

That was total sarcasm on my part. I currently work for a LM contractor on the F-35 program. Over the past 30 years, I've been in the military and worked for every major contractor except Northrup.

That doesn't bode well for the leather seats. I'd prefer cloth, but like adjustment. I need to go to Japan and get some wool adjustable seats.

Of course Northrup got that contract. They need some cost overruns, too. I'm sure it will be Boeing's turn soon.

The CHMSL types aren't nearly as bright as the front brake light guys. Those guys really put a stop to the fun.

OMG, I had a Sentra that had tail lights filled with water! I didn't know it was a luxury option.

True. I've sat in a few LT (base) spec Volts and ridden as a front seat and rear seat passenger in the LT trim. A dealer told me the seats are the same in the Premier trim. I'd like to sit in one to be sure it is the same. In my opinion, the seats aren't that comfortable.

Closest I’ve found is a Volt and adding a sunroof. But at that point I'm buying used.

Don't mean to double reply, but this seems the best place for this. Below, someone recommend 2 different Hyundais. I just went to my friendly dealership. It's in Florida and he told me to go get one in California. They don't sell them here. Can't even order it. Could possibly service it.

I wish I could get a sun roof a lá cart. I want a sunroof, but it usually is an add on to leather seats. I’m not a huge fan of leather seats. My ideal car would have cloth seats and a sunroof. My current car does, but it took some searching.

I’d imagine a PPI would catch body damage to the hood. But no I guess I wouldn't.

I’ve been considering both of those. I’d much prefer a car to an SUV. I love how Kia calls the Niro an SUV. It’s a wagon. I have yet to see either as a PHEV IRL.

This may be a question for Tom on Wednesday but here goes: I currently drive a Toyota Prius C and commute 40 miles a day. I am gifting this car to my daughter in 8 months for her 16th birthday. Needs: CAR with at least 2 comfortable seats. I’m not a big guy so I’d prefer a smaller CAR. PHEV with enough real world

With all the CAR manufacturers looking at a recession, I’m looking for a new CAR. For the last 25 years, I’ve only bought new vehicles as daily drivers. On average, one every 4 years. All but two of them have been equipped with manual transmissions (a van for the wife & a Prius fo me because 30,000+ miles a year). For

No one would see that sequel coming.

I almost voted CP when I got to donkalicious, but I read through the whole thing. If this QX passes a PPI and doesn’t smell like the inside of a stripper’s purse, it’s a money maker. Similar QXs near me are asking $7-8K.

@IRS4 started it with the Axle F reference, I'm just pushing it further. Thank you all the same.

It's my truck. Park it next to a limo.

CP for making me maths commie units to freedom units every time I drive.

There can also be much lashing in that photo.
