PLCs need to be a thing! I want something nice, big and comfortable. I want room for stuff. I don’t want people to want to ride in my back seat. Where’s my Lincoln Mark XII?

Sign me up for a big glamorous coupe!

After driving the rental for 200 miles the last 2 days, I should have taken the Outlander. There's something wrong with the front end of my rental. It's had a hard 9500 mile life. I'll probably exchange it tomorrow.

Fingers crossed for some Fiest-ute in the USA!

I remember taking a family trip when I was a teenager and I had 2 little siblings in a Ford Tempo. 5 people and their stuff for a week, 600 miles, minimal stops. It was right around the time the national 55 MPH speed limit was lifted. Wow, that sucked.

Don’t forget median improvement efforts where the city adds plantings which destroy sightlines. Where I previously lived, I went to a city meeting and protested the bushes in the medians because I couldn’t see over them to dirve safely.

My Dad had back surgery last year and I took him around looking for cars he could get in and out of. I drove him around in his Prius. He bought a Ford C-Max PHEV.

I watched a guy a few months ago load lumber into the back of a Nissan Hardbody at Home Depot. the lumber cart was higher than the bed. All these new trucks are so tall that it makes them difficult to use.

Crossover (CUV) vs. sedan is a good comparison because many manufacturers aren’t making wagons anymore. the default wagon is the CUV. I do think manufacturers need to make the storage area bigger. I have friends with a Mazda CX-5 and two kids. They can’t take that car for a weeks vacation without a roof container.

Thanks to bro-trucks, I can already see under most traffic.

My Father (retired 70 year old) owns a Ford C-Max. He got it after a spinal fusion. That car is way easier to get in and out of than any CUV or SUV. I think the tall doors and slightly raised seat height make it work.

Neutral: I am travelling for business this week and have lots of points with my preferred rental car company. I travel to this remote location enough that the agents know me by name. Yesterday it was pretty busy and I went to the preferred line and picked up my key. The agent looks over and says, “Good morning Mr. No55

Having grown up in the way back seats of an Oldsmobile diesel wagon with the back glass down...

Russia had the Lada?

Isn't a secretary 4th in line for succession in the US? Why is it a bad word?

My boss when I was in college had a Q45. It was sweet.

I lost my last job during the recession and my free ride to college. I had to relocare and live in my car for a bit. I have an associates in communication and work in engineering making 6 figures. It can happen.

CP. For this cash you could buy a Jeep and some sort of boat thing.

I’d like to see a correlation between grill size and power output of modern cars.

We also need to make it GPS aware. If I’m stuck in traffic on any big city, limited access beltway, the last thing I need is pedestrian warning sounds.
