I’m looking to start RVing next year sometime and was wondering why anyone would flat tow vs. small trailer. If you have a trailer, you could tow whatever car fits on the trailer.

Neutral: Many MR cars have cramped foot wells. Hopefully, the new Corvette has a big enough dead pedal for my New Balances.

I am surprised by that fact. I learned something new today!

It depends if idiosyncrasies are a CEL that keeps it from passing inspection and being useful as a car or a wonky visor. A long wait on CL might show you which one that is.

Don’t use purchase price vs. repair costs as a reason to disqualify potential cars. I bought a pick up several years ago (2008ish) that immediatly needed more than the purchase price to make it run and drive. I towed it away for $850 and it needed tires, battery, alternator, oil, filters, and brakes on day one. The

I’m always suspicious of a cheap car that’s been on CL for longer than a day. Especially if it’s crossed a weekend. I voted NP, but even at $1500, I’d need to kick the tires.

I once got on an ATL to LAX flight and sat down next to a lady who opened up her shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles and poured them into a Nalgene bottle with a Sprite. I asked and she said it was Vodka. Makes sense to me.

Lada, nah, pretty sure that's a Lambo.

How about they just go buy a C7 automatic and not drive it, either?

I wish drivers like this would be ticketed. If I were a traffic officer, I'd much rather enforce left lane campers than speeders. It also seems more like an open and shut case.

She test drove a Q3 and seemed to like that. Meh, can't fix everyone.

I store the full-size spare in my car.

Yeah, but wasn't the Sport trim the base model? Growing up, I know I rode in one similar to this that didn't have A/C installed.

Full size spare? I haven’t had a car in years that came with a full size spare. Some cars come with no spare at all. All my cars get one almost immediately. It’s not hard to roll down to Discount Tire and get the right size black steely with a tire. Probably way cheaper than an option for the car.

I have a Toyota to commute in. It's my 2nd Toyota. My previous Corolla went 315,000 miles and only stranded me twice. Once, I left the done light on while it was parked at an airport for a week. The second time I ran over a stick and it peeled off the water pump belt. My current Prius is at 190,000 and has only needed

I’m sure someone makes a hitch receiver for it and a bike rack. A co-worker of mine has a receiver for his bike rack on a Gen 1 Leaf.

A wagon should be interchangeable with the car it is based on at least from the B-pillars forward (I'm OK with a difference in style but I'd rather they were exactly the same). It’s even better if it’s from the C-pillars forward. Come on if Jeep can do this for the Wrangler/Gladiator, than it can be done. Think of the

I agree that the Niro is not an SUV. I also agree that most CUVs are just lifted hatchbacks. I yearn for the days of old when my parent’s had a wagon that would hold a sheet of plywood in the back and lots of rear overhang. I’m pretty sure that the back seats in my Mom’s Catalina wagon were at least 5 or 6 feet in

Valid points.

OMG, yes. I’d never rent a car I cared for out on Turo. I was making a point as to why would a car be of more value because it can make you money. I could also buy a tow truck so my vehicle could make me money, but I have better things to do.
