Agree. When I was a little Sammy, I went with my Dad through a pick-a-part to find the split bumpers for his blue 72 Camaro. The yard was littered with smashed up examples. It took us 6 cars to get both bumpers and mounts intact.

Does the Camaro need RS covered headlights?

Had it happen at a Hyundai dealer in late 2016 on a leftover Elantra. I stood up and told the salesman I wasn’t going to talk payments, (had financing) trade, (wasn’t trading a car) or any other number but out the door pricing. He brought over the sales manager. I was then told by the manager that they ran credit on

Does the Russian judge's score get dropped on the line-dance score?

The Big One is always on SportCenter before work on Monday morning. For my money, the best piece of NASCAR driving this season so far is Keselowski’s backwards pit stop at Talledega. I’m astounded that didn’t break any rules. I was concerned that the gas can man had to run around the car, but due to men over the wall

My high school chemistry teacher would approve!

Can confirm. I just bought my first cordless impact gun and it’s awesome!

I helped my parents out last year sort out a Ford dealer. They bought a CPO Ford and it was only delivered with 1 key. The sales manager said the locksmith was only in on Fridays (obviously the locksmith was a contractor) so I just asked for the blank key fob and I’d take it to a locksmith myself. All of the sudden,

I agree that the salesman need to know the product better. I haven't met one that knew more about the cars I was looking at than I already knew.

And stop the 4 square! Seriously, if a salesman starts to draw a cross on a piece of white paper, I'm out.

My last car buying experience was much the same save for I came in with a cashier’s check and told them what I was paying for the car. Did that on a Tuesday at lunch. Still had time to grab a sandwich on my way back to work. It was really atypical, but I did tell the salesman that I was leaving 30 minutes after I got

Can confirm. Have Prius.

Oh, not tent camping. Car camping. Got it.

True, but how much space is wasted in the Rivian frunk that could just not be there? If you had a full-size van with no engine doghouse, the cabin wouldn't be that bad.

How did the smart fortwo get by? OK, not no hood, but a Chevy Express or Ford Transit hood? Obviously, there should be some mechanical equipment like heat exchangers, A/C components, etc up front.

Valid point about cab over design. How about using something like the current Ford Transit as the baseline for an E-Truck of the future?

2019 Rav4 Hybrid+power inverter?

When the clean sheet electric truck is built, would all that hood be even necessary? Why not make a short-nose long bed truck? (Think late 60' corvair, A100 or econoline cabover trucks) Seems like an easy thing to do. Then the mandatory 4-door version wouldn't hang out the back of my garage.

I agree with this, totally! I used to have a convertible Fox body. That would easily trade for a truck to borrow. It was a win-win!
