If the i8 started dissolving in the water, would it become the solution?

I agree with raising the gas tank to equal or slightly be ahead of inflation. I don’t think it would make a huge difference to the middle class average car driving lifestyle. It seems like not too long ago the cost of gasoline was almost $1.50 more per gallon than it is now. I remember fondly the reduction in Atlanta

I travel for work frequently and have a travel phone with a real gmail account that is full of normal apps, store sale emails, contact lists, chrome history, etc that won’t look like a fresh wiped device. It’s easy to swap accounts when I arrive at my destination and repeat the wipe swap to the travel profile on my

Can’t fix the glaring broken things. What broken things hide underneath? CP

Aren’t the low end used car buyers looking at used sedans? It seems like a better deal than a microCUV.

Once upon a time years ago, I swapped out my Corolla horns for a pair of '70s Cadillac horns. It was amusing like the train horn videos only slightly muted.

Hot take: Bad FWD cars are bad. Bad RWD cars are bad. Just because it has RWD and a roundel, does not automatically make it good.

NP. Buy it, and drive it occasionally for a year or so then sell it for about the same price.

At this point, should we overnight it from Germany?

It bothers me so much, I only purchase cars with inboard discs or drum brakes! /S

1st & neutral: seems like someone familiar with the business and sedan decline trends should be the one to make the call to close a plant. I guess GM could retool it to produce compact Buicks for China, but there’s too much trade taxes up in the air to consider that. I wonder if anyone could help with that?

This is not conclusive data but my one experience with a buddies MR-2. The car was about 10 years old at that point and he’d done some work on it, but not too much. It wouldn’t upshift on its own, but I did accidentally panic stop it while I was in 3rd or 4th gear once. I looked down at the display and it already was

MR-2 Spyder (5 speed SMT) is close to the Enzo for all intents and purposes. It holds gears until you command a shift. Except for coming to a stop. It will shift you to first when you stop. I never owned one but frequently drove a roommates W-30.

Even the seller is on the CP. That must be him hunched down in the last photo.

Unionize? I recently read an article that listed salaries for assembly line workers in Lordstown that were amost 20% higher than an auto engineering job I was offered in Tennessee 2 years ago.

Can totally confirm. I spend lots of time in Huntsville working in Government aerospace.

Car naming with letters and numbers is doing exactly the opposite as craft beer. Hear me out. Other than recent Lincoln models with names, most cars are going to an alphanumeric jumble. I have no idea what an XTS is or how it compares with a CT6, an A8 or a QX50. They aren’t memorable if you don’t know what they are,

Good point. And higher is better, unless it's a scale.

My daily driver with 183K miles has a cleaner engine bay than that. And it’s not on the internet with it’s bits exposed. I’m finding the mileage claim dubious. Is it possible that the instrument cluster only has 9K miles?

A base Caliber with wheel covers and rear drums will be the Radwood K-Car equivalent in 20 years.
