I was just talking about how fantastic this game is today. A friend of mine was asserting that couch centric, controller passing, games were dead in the gaming industry. My assertion was that, "No, it's just that everyone has forgotten how to make them".

I actually had it disabled because of a Fallout 3 bug that I was worrying carried over to New Vegas. If your saves file got too big, it would be come corrupt.

I had originally played about half of it on 360 and during one session, after a few hours of play, it locked up and I hadn't saved recently. I lost the desire to replay all that effort and shelved it.

I bought New Vegas and all the DLCs on Steam during this past holiday sale for like $16 total, I had looked at the upcoming Ultimate' edition at that time and didn't see any reason to wait and pay more than twice as much.

That's not completely fair. The God of War Collection was quite well done. I don't know about the newer PSP to PS3 ones, but they're not all hot-garbage.

There is absolutely nothing to substantiate the claim that anything related to the software reverse engineering that either Hotz or this guy did in any way allowed hackers to compromise PSN. Did one event precipitate another? Yes. Correlation equals causation? No.

The attached clip is from GTA4 and while the onset and sobering phases are obviously abbreviated, I'd say the inane babble and stumbling is pretty similar to some of my worst benders.

@Sacchi: At 22 if you have Broken Steel you can get "Puppies!". It reincarnates Dogmeat when (not if) he dies. The puppies are actually far more survivable as well.
