The setup has multiple jars, and they all come up at once. I don't know why this episode chose not to show them all rising. I couldn't tell if Hatake bothered to relocate Hvit's head, or if plot stupidity required he put the head back where Balleseros could find it again.

What this show needs are healers with combat capabilities. Like, they can take down the vectors and cure them at the same time. Something similar to Street Fighter: Church Edition. I think the silver-eyes open up that possibility!

Truthfully, it's just the art. That's also what got me to pick up the Immortal volumes: Travel Foreman and Tim Green caught my eye because I liked their work on Animal Man. However, I actually am curious about how K'un L'un turned out after that convoluted ending to The Seven Capital Cities of Heaven (seriously, I

Honestly, if they would just drop the ridiculous kung-fu nomenclature, it would alleviate quite a bit. Fraction already did away with the part where Danny was so super-special that he was the only one to defeat Shou-Lao the Undying, so the character's already much improved. Nonetheless, like you, I'm actually looking

Marvel should switch to a year/month numbering system. The current system has become a convoluted mess due to the constant renumbering. I recently tried looking up X-Men #11 and discovered that I'd need to also know to which volume it belonged (apparently, Volume 3).

I hope the final episodes make the season worth it. Right now, even though I enjoy the show well enough, it's kind of incoherent. The world-building is a mess, and the serialized elements (Insyndicate, Dorian's soul/memories, etc) seem kinda random.

I suppose. I just never knew this was something that happens. I mean, it would be really obvious to witnesses that you're basically stealing pieces of the bike!

OMG that's how I felt when I found out what happened to my acquaintance's bike! It's baffling.

That's crazy, and willfully rude! Like, they purposefully took the time to break down the bike (rather than just breaking the lock/chain), and left behind a non-functional, useless mess to taunt the victim. I didn't even know this was a thing!

I knew of someone whose bike was disassembled just so the thief could take the expensive parts. The bike's frame remained locked to the rack. This happened in SF, so maybe that city does need a superhero bike protector!

Well, I can't guarantee that, LOL! I'll say it's a good read, and I actually ended up liking Danny (if not the magical kung-fu he wields). My preconceived problems about the character really comes from having seen bad martial arts exploitation movies, and knowing that Iron Fist was created to capitalize on that genre.

I just finished reading the entire Immortal Iron Fist run (including the follow up Immortal Weapons mini-series, and the two Orson Randall specials). Never read Iron Fist beforehand, because he seemed like an unappealing take on Eastern exoticism as seen through the lens of Western trend-hopping. Though still a bit

Well, if self-destructing means they became suicidal, I think a home environment would be more conducive to their mental health (compared to police work anyway). This show does that frustrating thing where they introduce ideas/tech/plot points and then fail to really develop them in the narrative. I get the feeling

Hah, yes, good call! I guess it would have only been a problem if Kennex was deep enough inside the building to be too far from the exterior walls/windows. He could conceivably still suffocate if not enough outdoor air makes it to the interior rooms. I don't have the episode on DVR anymore, so I don't even know if

No way of guessing, since the show won't tell us what malfunction occurred. Reaching "emotional breaking points" says nothing about what the DRNs ultimately did, once they broke. At first, I thought they became violent, but the fact that they were then repurposed as laborers tells me that might not be the case.

I understand that concern, but because the show is so nebulous about what happened with the DRNs, I can only work off of what they're showing us so far. All they've shown us up to this point is Dorian and the repairman DRN. So, apparently, the DRNs weren't considered dangerous enough to be removed from society.

Hah! I didn't notice the homophone either. That totally went over my head. I guess because it was framed in the context of the doggie eating something from the garden, so "lichen" was my default assumption. I never even got to "lycan" after that.
