I think mandating that the tires only be used for 90% of their predicted rating by the manufacturer, which in this case, would have been 36 laps. every lap you drive these tires in excess of the 90% rule gets a 10 second penalty per lap.

if Hulk has no podiums his status is well cemented as the best driver ever to not have a single podium. if he gets a podium, or two, then he shuffles back into obscurity with all the other drivers who maybe have 1 podium to their name.

presentation is everything, but in a used car I don’t mind seeing it in the every day condition. you can feel comfortable that if the owner isn’t hiding that he doesn’t keep it clean, that he isn’t hiding any other demons.
