I don’t see how anything you stated negates what that person is saying. Especially when they use the World Economic Forum’s ranking of the wage gap. Missed the forest for the trees there. Parker and Aerotek are strictly hands off - I’ve worked for both with NOA and know several folks who’ve worked for Aerotek. That’s how every temp job for a temp agency ever works? I’ve never had the employee of temp agency go with me to a job site and suddenly become the manager of the place where I was sent. It’s actually both. While the article primarily focuses on the contractors, the women working directly for Nintendo don’t have a great time.

It’s also only on paper that you work for Aerotek (Or Parker services, the other company on-site).  You report directly to NOA employees, with NOA employees, in the same offices…

Not to mention, a couple of the people directly named were actual Nintendo employees and not just contractors.
