I bartend at Chilis and they are notorious for firing employees that do this stuff on social media about tips or whatever. Yeah he left 10% which kind of sucks on 76dollars but a tip is a tip it's not a guaranteed thing. Also alot of waiters and waitresses think they give amazing service but in all actuality they suck…
