The mod itself is technically property of Blizzard. At least, everything made within the world editor. But anything made outside of the editor that's used with the mod isn't their property.

I see your sarcasm and request that you play Mass Effect 2 again, but this time pay attention to the story that's told, which is this:
I didn't do all of that, but I did pre-order ME2 and was thoroughly disappointed. Not because I was over-hyped for the game, but because that game really wasn't that good. There's nothing quality about a handful of "lol plz be my fran" missions backed up by "go here and get this BUT OOPS KILL EVERYTHING IN SIGHT!"…
I'm with you. Alenko died. Except I'm pretty sure that Alenko living is cannon.
You can also get the Star Wars: Jedi Knight collection on Steam for just $5. They're old, but pretty damn fun. I got that pack along with Plants vs. Zombies last night. 6 games for less than $7? I'm down.
But I killed Alanko. Or, rather, he talked me into letting him die.
Because it's so full of jokes
Huh, I heard that at least a good chunk of them were all behind DotA2, but I suppose I could be misinformed.
But did he make the loading screen in the world editor, or was it made outside and then implemented with the editor? Also a loading screen isn't a name, it's just a thing with the name on it.
Except it was a mod created by a guy who now works for Valve. General modding rules say the mod content is IP to the creator.
Content, not names.
So basically Blizzard is saying "WELL OUR FANS SAID IT FIRST!"
It was actually originally intended for Morrowind... but has been released only on Oblivion so far.
What a GCIWF.
Meh, I'm not convinced. There Frankenreview showed way too much difference between everyone to really convince me to get it right now. I'll wait for a Steam sale, methinks.
MEF doesn't work that way.
DON'T TELL ME HOW TO THINK!
Except Mass Effect Fields don't work between different galaxies, only within one.
Yeah, I'm just gunna wait until a Steam sale, unless someone tells me how totally fantastic this game is.
Yeah, I saw Midas Magic on a mod list Beth tweeted today. Might have to pick that one up.
