Who's acting like that? I've seen nobody who acts like that. I think they're more psyched about a new Elder Scrolls game, and the fact that dragons are back in the world is huge. Also, the apparent AI of the dragons is pretty big too. They gave them free will, so they're not just scripted encounters.
