@komatineni: I tried to use one at a previous workplace. I was an account manager who got sick of repeating the same info. I had a hard time getting IT to set it up, and even then no one but me wanted to use it.

I recently found EveryTrail. Sounds similar, but it also has apps for the major mobile phones, so you can track your hikes as you go and upload the GPS info directly. Oh, and it's not limited to the US, which is handy if you're, you know..outside the US.

@battra92: I've been in my place a couple of months too and still haven't unpacked :( Been too busy to buy furniture, without furniture I can't unpack. Someday, though...

@Derfel: I wish I could upvote that comment.

Someone on my twitter feed JUST asked if something like this existed. Lifehacker, you're always so timely.

@robot-shmobot: Yep it's powered, but apparently very crappy.

@robot-shmobot: I'm in Guelph and my apartment faces west. All I get is the audio from Kitchener's CTV station. Feel a little ripped off... CBC is practically a right! :P

@robot-shmobot: I can't even get CBC with my HD antenna :(

@mike_311: ...and now I feel dumb. I *knew* that, and yet...totally forgot. Bought a crap-tastic antenna that only gets me the audio of a local station. I might have to try that when I get home.

Odd that downloads are in WAV format.

@KamWrex: That's what I did with my cans. Much better than having to pour out yucky garbage water.

@Michael Faigan: Holy crap! In that case, you might as well jsut save yourself some money and get dial up LOL

Oh look, now Canadians can actually SEE that our speeds are lower than most other Western countries.

Egg poacher. Little plastic thing that goes in the microwave. Sure, you can probably poach eggs much better in a pot, but stick this in the microwave for 2 mins and go do something else, come back to party of a yummy, healthy breakfast.

@bmearns: Indeed - it's great for making tea with loose leaves.

If I'm doing anything with words, I can't listen to music with words or I will start typing what I hear. I also need it to be upbeat, so I don't fall asleep. Therefore, usually trance. Doesn't matter what DJ, as I'm not often actively listening.

I actually did learn to touch-type quickly from years of IRC... how sad is that? Also, I feel old.

@delightt: Not as healthy as say, spinach, but still very good for you. And filling.
