There's really too much overlap nowadays between Pop and the rest of the genres (like Hip-Hop, Rock, Dance/Electronic, Alternative/Indie) to have any meaning for me. You really have to dig nowadays to find good music, whereas in the 20th century it was presented for all to see.

Are you American? If so, it doesn't surprise me that you consider that 'cheese' to be normal. Here in England, that's considered plastic cheese, and generally considered pretty awful.

Long live actual, real cheese on chips!

I'm not worried about Bitcoin. It's not evil, and it isn't dumb.

Eh... if Krugman doesn't like the currency that's almost a reason unto itself to like it.

As an aside, when I was waiting for NASA to call me, I got an email from them saying they couldn't because I live in Canada. Apparently the phone system they're using can't dial out to the great white north. So I had to call them on my cell phone to conduct the interview. Hilarious, they can put a man on the Moon and

"Krokodil is produced using household products like gasoline, paint thinner and lighter fluid."

No mention of the Necron fleet, I haz a sad.

If the Jedi High Council hadn't been so incompetent in the Prequels, A New Hope may have been about labor negotiations or moisture farming. Can we give them a pass?

Wait, what?

It's incredibly unsound, and the industry tried this for decades. Modularity always comes at the cost of overhead in nearly every critical respect—power, size, reliability, and performance to name a few. Manufacturers used modular designs largely in desktop computers, but the industry eventually realized the drawbacks

I think you're focusing too much on "what we have now." As a concept, this is a fairly novel one. There are technical hurdles to be sure, but I really don't think they're insurmountable. You could "bridge the gap" by creating sections for "where things can go" fairly easily, and make signaling and busses specific to

The point why everything is so integrated on small devices is because it makes them easier to cool, for instance, and more compact.

Timings and signal paths. Go and look on iFixit at how tightly phones are made and how little wasted space there is. With this design concept you are packaging each piece to conform to a standard size so even a tiny part may now take up a large section.

John will be the first to die

Wild unfounded conjecture, but in their own history Roman's did come from the east (asia minor) from Troy...

Except they totally can.
