For some reason I just hate the suit design for Supes. I know, I may be the minority, but I feel they made it different just to be different, and it looks so poor fitting and almost cos-play like. Idk, just trying to be a fan and failing:(

Im part asian. And I LOVE my culture. I dont mind if someone turns into a dragon or giant snake (asian or not), I fricken LOVE that sh*t!  Like in 47 Ronan, what are they supposed to turn into? Beta Fish? (which also would be kinda cool).  Better than turning into a Rat (nothing against the Ratkind, I dont want to

Mad Max AND Oblivion??? Seriously take my money!

Yeah, im 33 and have to be cautious and shoot now for more volume of reps vs. strength. (Im not trying to become a powerlifter and try to minimize the risk of injury).

HIIT cardio is always good, your body doesn’t essentially “get used to it” (Vs Long interval steady state; LISS) . And look at people like Olympic

Well as douchey as it is, i def didnt want to post...but based on the article and the commentary of debating fitness lifestyles, i kinda wanted to chime in.  Seriously spiderman shredded is motivation for sure lol!

I have only movies, comics, linux and a gym membership....ihavenolife.

Oh and an instantpot(!!!!).

Agreed. his personality doesnt appear to be one of a man who counts carbs and take pre-workout. Mostly a guy who slams beer and 2am taco bell runs...

I bring oatmeal and egg bake....its a sad existence.

As i respectfully disagree with some of the points, i figured, while im here...id share my generic basic framework of the “superhero fitness plan”
*Lift 5 days a week (Loosely, you want gains, gotta make reps. You want power, shoot for 2-5 reps)

And before the bashing commences, which will undoubtedly begin immediately, I work for 9-5 for a major computer company, and meal prep for my team. I’ve developed fitness plans for many a novice and some of my best guys are down 60+ lbs. Some, who wanted to gain weight, are up 15+. The stuff you see in these movies is

So, 20 lbs of MORE muscle? No thats a bit extreme (20 is an insane amount lol) He was higher in body fat yes, but his roles after thor he played characters where he was more lean and even sickly thing. And yes, hes friggen HUGE (look at his lats!) in the original Thor.

Ive never thought Peter Parker as “Hot. But I will say the arguments over unrealistic body goals usually miss the fact peter parker walks about at roughly 6'1" 220 at 3% body fat!!! WHAT DOES HE EAT!?!?!?!

I dont understand how the infinity war trailer was “Impossibly muscular men doing things with their bodies”? Chris Evans got into shape, Hemsworth used to actually be WAYYYY bigger (Thor 1 shirtless scene). Pratt is pretty much any 30-something consistent lunchtime gym goer. I mean, Arnold and Stallone (and JCVD) in

Spotify Remote.

yall need to chill out on this climate stuff

I still dont understand how analysts ranked them FOUR. As in, THREE other teams apparently have better talent?
