Comedy gold!

Anyone else find this episode just straight up boring?

You could almost literally see the writers shrugging

He straight up said "it doesn't matter now" when asked about it in season one. As far as I can remember, no further explanation has been given.

Then you also have this little piece of dialogue from the pilot:

I think it's a little of both. Notice that she wore them when she went after those guys at night in the first ep.

I fucking LOVED that. Even rewound it a couple times.

No wonder it was rent controlled!

Haha right?

I was so stoked when I saw his name pop up. I figured he'd be back but I didn't expect him so soon

He could definitely make the chain explode. He just chose not to. I read it as him getting more creative with his power

I also think that he's getting stronger as time goes on, as tends to happen to these heroes (except Iron Man)

I'm still waiting for Jameson to buy the Bulletin and rebrand it

I've seen the name Ice Cube tossed around.

And god help them if it's a flying roach

I can't wait for him and Cap to meet

You didn't know Luke was a sound editor?

Oh shit they BETTER have him say this line at some point!

I dunno, this seemed more like a personal bit of "glee"

You wondered why Thor or Iron Man didn't show up to stop Fisk from gentrifying Hell's Kitchen?
